The International Centre for Socially Responsible Businesses has been established by Former Ministry of Corporate Affairs employees who had contributed to public policy during legislation the Companies Act 2013.

Ms Gayatri Subramaniam (Experience: 32 years) is the former Convenor of National Foundation of CSR (NFCSR under Ministry of Corporate Affairs) and Head – CSR for HDFC Life. In addition to her role at ISCRB, she sits on the Board of Association of Women in Business and mentor Women non-profits and Women Directors. She conducts capacity building of CSR teams and Directors for MNCs, Corporate and PSUs.

Dr Divya Rajput (Experience: 20 years) is the former Business Innovation head of IICA, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. She has been the advisor to IIM Lucknow, Assam Agricultural University and Technology Development Board, GoI. Currently she leads innovation initiatives of Texas Global, University of Texas (Austin) in South East Asia and is the co-founder and Director for Association of Women in Business where she mentors Women Entrepreneurs and Women in Corporate Leadership roles.
